In my daily routine I walk 1000 meter walking on a treadmill at my gym. It covers about 1500 steps. But scientific study reveals that,  10000 steps is necessary to get proper benefits of walking. That is why I make a plan to cope with this situation. My parents are living  in their house that is 3 kilometers away from my residence. Generally I take my dinner with them at night everyday. I use my motorbike as a commuter. But I leave the motorbike and use my feet to reach my parent's home. Thus I complete the 10000 steps milestone for walking everyday. As an amateur Bird Photographer very often I have to walk in the forests following the trails. My goal is to capture candid bird photos. It’s my passion to freeze various bird moments with my camera and lens. Sometimes I become motionless to get camouflaged from birds. After walking a lot in the forest and get tired, take rest beside forest trail and feel the real forest vibe. Just imagine- you lied on ground, kept your backpack under your head, the sunlight dropped on your face filtered through green leaves. Each year at summer vacation of my school days, I would have been my Grandparent's home for some days. Many of cousin brothers and sisters were lived their. It was a raw village where life was completely differed from city life. Most of the were farmer and they started their duty at early in morning and habituated to go to the bed earlier. The little school going children were played all day long from home to field on bare foot. They play football even without boot or sneakers.  One day one of my cousin brother and me got injured at the time of play. A little wound made on both of our leg, little bit bleeding with bruising of skin. My cousin brother wound became cure within 2 to 3 days but my one took about one week. At my Highschool days one of my teacher worn White colored shirt everyday. We thought he has only one shirt that's colored. One day we some friends made a plan to put black in on his white shirt. One of my clever friend done this hilarious incident with his fountain pen & pretend to it has done unintentionally! The next day we were eagerly waiting for the teacher what he has worn. My neighborhood uncle Mr. Jillu always wears very colorful Shirt, T-shirt and trousers at his sixty years age. By profession he is a commercial artist. Self Care-  Daily Life Happiness It is 6.30 pm of Mid June. The weather is really hot and humid feels more discomfort. I returned home from my office completing eight hours hectic desk job in busy branch of a commercial bank. After taking shower generally I like to browse television set for todays UpToDate news. Then I open any page of a book and start reading with a cup of tea or evening snack. But one or more day I take my smartphone scrolling social media platform like facebook, x-handle, Instagram bla bla bla. After 60 to 90 minutes I surprisingly found that I am scrolling just with an absent mind. Basically I am not involved what is shown in front my eyes. But still I am scrolling. Totally an unproductive job, pushing the photos, videos, and writings upward with my thumb finger. Today's Morning Scene Makes My Whole Day Happy

Daily Life Happiness The Monday Morning schedule is very tight to me. Getting up earlier, going to Gym, comeback about one and half hour later then take shower and breakfast and heading to my workplace. This is repeating routine for five working days each week. Today after taking shower I went to balcony to keep my bathing towel for sundry. The blind man residing at our locality walking on the street towards his home. Though he is totally unable to see, he uses a stick to detect what is in front of him. It takes more time to reach home and has some risk of accident with motorbike or auto rickshaw frequently pass through the street. Flowers from my Balcony Suddenly, I saw a pedestrian who coming back from vegetable market extend his hand to help the blind man. The stroller waking with a vegetable bag in one hand and holding the blind man hand with other. From my balcony I shouted and directed him to identify the blind man house.
