Waking is an Easy to Do Job - Attach with Your Daily Routine!

In my daily routine I walk 1000 meter walking on a treadmill at my gym. It covers about 1500 steps. But scientific study reveals that, 10000 steps is necessary to get proper benefits of walking. That is why I make a plan to cope with this situation. My parents are living in their house that is 3 kilometers away from my residence. Generally I take my dinner with them at night everyday. I use my motorbike as a commuter.

But I leave the motorbike and use my feet to reach my parent's home. Thus I complete the 10000 steps milestone for walking everyday. After a month I found some specific health benefits physically and mentally.

Here my realization is walking is the easiest way to keep fit physically and mentally. One of the best things about walking is that it’s a versatile and convenient activity that you can do almost anywhere, anytime. You don’t need any special equipment, clothing, or membership to walk.

  • You can walk indoors or outdoors, in any weather, and in any setting.
  • You can walk alone or with others, for fun or for purpose, for leisure or for work.
  • You can walk as much or as little as you want, and at your own pace and intensity.
  • You can also combine walking with other activities, such as listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks, or learning a new language or skill.
  • You can walk to get from one place to another, to run errands, to shop, to commute, or to travel.
  • You can also walk to accomplish other tasks, such as making phone calls, having meetings, or brainstorming ideas.
  • You can also walk to socialize, to bond, or to network with other people.
  • You can also walk and discover new places, sights, or experiences, and make some new memories.

Walk regularly and be happy.
