Daily Activities Which Make You Unhappy
Be Happy and Stay Happy is the Prime expectation in everyone's life. We all do our individual business to earn money, meet up our daily needs, Carry on our lives on the Earth. But our ultimate goal to lead a happy and healthy life. But most of the time we forgot that, happiness is not a goal, it's a journey, like our life. Death is the destination or goal but not life. Practicing happiness in daily life is a full-time job. You have to inspect your daily habits to detect the positive or negative impact on your physical or mental health which directly connected to your happiness.
Many habits are pushing negativity in our daily life and make us unhappy silently. Here some of these daily habits which are harming our mind and body too.
Scrolling- Today at morning, I picked up my smartphone to call the electrician to troubleshoot one my bedroom switch. After taking the phone on my hands I began to scroll the social media-Facebook unconsciously. About half an hour later I fail to recall, why I took the phone. Present digital world, scrolling is the most notorious habit. According to New York Times, scrolling is the "Falling into deep Rabbit Hole."
Our social media news-feed is full of chaos, injustice and pain but less positive content. Which is detrimental to our mental health.
Naturally human being give more attention in negative news and the social media algorithms designed in such way. You only see more negative news and content than positive one. This content increase anxiety and depression in your mind.
Look at the mirror more and more- Instead of thinking how I feel than how I look. It has a negative impact on your brain. Thus we bully ourselves and become victim of mirror.
'Notification On' of your phone- It is the fear from missing any update on social media or from friends. It distract our mind from focus.
Checking phone mindlessly- Without any reason open the phone and start scrolling and checking totally mindlessly. It consume a lot of time absorb our energy and make us exhausted.
Trying to be Perfect- Nothing is perfect in world. Trying to be perfect will make you exhausted physically and mentally. Don't bother with this. Stay with the system and make a little good to feel happy.
Bad posture- Your sitting style, your standing style has impact on your body and mind. Sitting on office chair in bending position affect your nervous system in a long run.
Excessive and wrong exercise- 'Excess everything is bad' an old proverb. Wrongly done exercise and over done exercise makes you weak and downgrade your mood. Finally you feel unhappy daylong.
Avoid these habits in your daily routine and be healthy and happy.
